Slow Cooking Thursday!

Sweet and Spicy Pork Chops
Serves: 4
4 Thick Pork Chops, boneless
1 Packet taco seasoning
1 Jar (18 oz) Apricot or Peach Preserves
1 Jar (24 oz) Salsa
Please note: The temperature of the salsa/taco seasoning (mild, hot, etc.) WILL affect how spicy the pork chops will be!
Dredge the pork chops in the taco seasoning and brown. Toss the chops into the crock pot and cover with the salsa and preserves and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve with Rice. Enjoy!
